Virtual Reference
The Center is please to announce a new service to the law school community. DCLI "E-Mail Reference" allows Law School faculty, staff and students to e-mail reference questions to a law librarian. The reference inquiries will then be carefully reviewed and attended to.
Send questions directly to lawreference@duq.edu or
Use the user-friendly form, found here.

Reserves
Before the start of each semester, all faculty members will receive a request form to indicate which center material should be reserved under your name for the students in your particular classes. If you would like to place additional items on reserve during the semester, contact the Reference Librarian (Jamie Yoder at 412.396.5686)
-Current reserves may be found on SOLCAT.
Don't forget that eReserves are also available and are very popular with students. More information on eReserves.

Requesting Items From Other Libraries
If the Center does not possess a particular source, it may be obtained from another OCLC member library. Availability is confirmed rapidly through WorldCat. Urgent requests for small documents may also be processed by fax. For assistance, contact the Circulation Supervisor (Mrs. McBride) at 412.396.5017.

Requesting New Books/Resources
If you are aware of books or other materials which you believe the Center should own, please contact your liaison librarian to order it or complete a Faculty/Staff Request form (PDF) and give it to the Assistant Director for Technical Services (Mrs. Horvath). You will be notified as soon as the item is acquired.
